Payment and delivery

We accept payment electronically through PayPal. The parcels will be sent out First class recorded delivery so a signature will be needed. We will send orders out within ten days on receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. But if you need it quicker, please email and we can arrange to have it delivered as priority. If products are out of stock and there is a longer wait for delivery we will be in contact with you. For overseas customers, shipping prices may vary in which case we would have to send you a separate invoice for the shipping relevant to your order and country, which has to be paid in full before shipment.

Returns

We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days in its original condition, for a refund or replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will be happy to replace them if you can show proof of this.
All photos and prices are guides. All prices are correct at time of printing inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to change prices. Every effort has been taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct at time. The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment. Until such time, Undergrowth LTD retain full legal and equitable title to the goods (The company, under no circumstances, accepts liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure.
